Ava Valianti

Ava Valianti is a 16-year-old indie pop/pop-rock artist from Newbury, Massachusetts, known for pairing emotionally direct songwriting with a sharp, self-aware edge. Her music captures the in-between moments of growing up, where vulnerability, pressure, and identity collide, delivered through a sound that blends intimate ballads with bold, guitar-driven production.

Following the release of her debut EP petunias, Ava continues to build momentum with her sophomore project Sophomore Slump (out May 22), which marks a clear evolution toward a more expansive indie pop-rock sound. The EP includes standout singles “Deep Fuchsia,” “Sophomore Slump,” “Birthday Cake,” and “The Conversation,” alongside two new tracks: “Head’s on Fire,” the project’s high-energy focus track, and “Great Pretender,” a more stripped-back, emotionally resonant closer that highlights her range as both a writer and performer.

Ava has earned airplay on over 300 radio stations nationwide, amassed more than half a million streams, and received multiple regional, national, and international awards and nominations. She was recently named 1st Runner-Up in the American Songwriter Road Ready Talent Contest, performing at The Basement East in Nashville.
